Learn more at www.stradaglobal.com Fiori & ABAP Developer, Lead Specialist We are currently recruiting a Fiori & ABAP Specialist Developer for the Development & Core HR department within Professional Services. We’re looking for a proactive and collaborative professional with solid experience working alongside business users to support and adapt reliable, consistent, and purpose-fit HR applications.

As an Fiori & ABAP Specialist, you will be responsible for implementing new developments and maintaining or enhancing existing solutions. We value high-quality, maintainable code with minimal regression risk.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in ABAP development
  • Strong experience in SAP Fiori project implementations
  • Technical degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, or related fields
  • Proficiency in object-oriented programming (SAP ABAP preferred)
  • Solid understanding of software development lifecycle
  • Excellent communication skills in English (additional European languages are a plus)
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Analytical thinking and mature judgment for problem-solving
  • Proven stakeholder engagement and advisory capabilities
  • Motivation for continuous improvement and learning

SAP Fiori Technical Expertise

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in Fiori development
  • Development of SAPUI5 applications (JavaScript, XML, HTML5, CSS)
  • Experience with Fiori Elements and Smart Controls
  • Design and consumption of OData services via SAP Gateway
  • Configuration and administration of SAP Fiori Launchpad (tiles, catalogs, groups, roles)
  • Backend development in ABAP for Fiori apps (CDS Views, BOPF, AMDP)
  • Extension of standard Fiori applications
  • Familiarity with SAP Fiori Design Guidelines and UX principles
  • Use of SAP Business Application Studio or SAP Web IDE
  • Experience with analytical Fiori apps and Smart Business services
