Mission

Support the business in aligning multiple business units within a single SAP system. Provide strategic and operational expertise during the build phase to ensure alignment of business processes and secure optimal adoption of SAP S/4HANA Finance (FICO).

Profile Requirements

• Experience: Senior or Managing level consultant
• Core Expertise:
• Deep knowledge of SAP S/4HANA FI/CO
• Strong background in Finance & IFRS
• Proven track record in defining and implementing Finance business rules within SAP
• Construction industry knowledge is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

• Guide Key Users and End Users through the definition of new group structures and rules within the construction sector.
• Act as the liaison between Business Stakeholders and the SAP Implementation Team.
• Assist the business in the completion of project deliverables (e.g., test scenarios, documentation).
• Provide coaching and support to facilitate business change and adoption.
• Communicate effectively at all organizational levels, including C-level.

Skills Required

• Proven ability to define finance business rules and design custom reports.
• Strong SAP FI/CO implementation experience with business-side configuration.
• Supportive mindset with strong coaching and change management approach.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including experience engaging C-level stakeholders.

Language Requirements

• German: Fluent (mandatory)
• English: Fluent (mandatory)

Work Location & Conditions

• Onsite: Minimum 3 days/week in Munich
• Remote: Up to 2 days/week
• Candidates must be based in Germany (mandatory)

Duration: Until end of October 2025, with possible renewal
