Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP FICO Domain Lead with strong functional expertise in SAP Finance (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules. You will be responsible for the functional governance of the FICO domain, project coordination, and support for functional teams. This role combines functional leadership, project management, and business expertise, with the objective of ensuring the quality of deliverables, process consistency, and alignment with business needs.

Main responsibilities:

Leadership fonctionnel SAP FICO:

• Manage the FICO functional area in SAP projects (S/4HANA or ECC).
• Supervise and support FICO functional consultants.
• Ensure consistency of financial and management processes in the SAP system.
• Define and enforce good functional practices and group standards.

Project management and coordination:

• Collaborate with project managers, technical teams and business lines to define needs and solutions.
• Participate in the planning, monitoring and delivery of FICO projects.
• Prioritize requests and manage functional developments.
• Main coordinator with business management

Support and continuous improvement:

• Analyze business needs and propose suitable SAP solutions.
• Identify areas for improvement in financial and management processes.
• Ensure functional monitoring of SAP FICO developments (S/4HANA, Central Finance, Group Reporting, etc.).

Cross-domain integration and collaboration:

• Work closely with other Domain Leads (MM, SD, PM, etc.) to ensure process integration.
• Participate in the governance of functional interfaces.

Desired Profile:

Formation:

• University degree in finance, management, computer science or equivalent.

Experience:

• Minimum of 7 years of experience on SAP FICO, including several years as a referent or functional lead.

Functional Skills:

• Mastery of FI (GL, AP, AR, AA) and CO (CCA, PCA, IO, PA) modules.
• Good knowledge of integrations with MM, SD, PS, PM.
• Experience with S/4HANA, Central Finance or Group Reporting is a plus.
• Ability to write functional specifications and validate developments.
