This is a chance to work on new S/4HANA Finance implementations from day one, with the freedom to influence design, architecture, and long-term finance strategy. You'll work alongside visionary leaders, drive critical financial process redesigns, and help organisations transition to intelligent finance operations powered by S/4HANA.

What You’ll Do

As a trusted SAP Finance Subject Matter Expert, you will:

• Lead end-to-end implementations of SAP S/4HANA Finance, including design, configuration, testing, deployment, and optimisation.
• Act as a strategic advisor to CFOs and Finance Leadership teams, ensuring financial systems align with business goals and compliance requirements.
• Provide expert-level guidance across core SAP Finance modules, including FI (GL, AP, AR, AA), CO (Cost Center, Profitability Analysis), FSCM, Group Reporting, Funds Management, and more.
• Collaborate with cross-functional SAP teams (Logistics, Analytics, Technical) to ensure seamless integration across business functions.
• Take ownership of architectural decisions, tackle complex challenges, and ensure solutions are scalable, future-proof, and fully aligned with SAP best practices.
• Stay ahead of industry innovation — advising clients on the latest capabilities including Central Finance, Universal Journal, Embedded Analytics, AI-driven Finance, and RPA in S/4HANA.
• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to internal knowledge development and solution accelerators.

Who You Are

We’re looking for experienced professionals who bring a strong mix of hands-on expertise, solution leadership, and strategic vision. You’ll thrive in this role if you have:

• Proven experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance or SAP ERP Financials, ideally having led or co-led implementations.
• Strong understanding of finance business processes and how to translate them into SAP solutions.
• Deep knowledge in at least two core finance areas (e.g., GL, CO, Treasury, Project Systems, Group Reporting, Tax, Intercompany).
• Excellent stakeholder engagement skills — from guiding CFOs to collaborating with developers and analysts.
• A passion for innovation and continuous learning in the SAP ecosystem.
