Responsibilities

As an experienced SAP S/4HANA FI/CO Senior Consultant, the primary responsibility is to lead configuration, support, and integration of financial processes with a strong emphasis on Group Reporting and Consolidation. This includes managing end-to-end delivery across implementations and support projects, ensuring that group financial reporting, statutory compliance, and consolidation requirements are accurately translated into effective SAP solutions.

The role involves close collaboration with finance stakeholders to optimize consolidation processes, drive automation in group reporting, resolve complex issues, and deliver sustainable solutions that align with organizational financial and operational goals.

Expected Profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, IT, or a related discipline
• 8+ years of hands-on SAP FI/CO experience, with proven expertise in Group Reporting / Consolidation
• Participation in 1–2 full-cycle SAP S/4HANA implementations and multiple support projects
• Strong stakeholder management, analysis, problem-solving, and communication skills

Key Skills & Expertise

• Subject Matter Expertise: Deep knowledge of SAP Group Reporting (Consolidation) and FI/CO modules, capable of independently resolving complex issues
• Configuration & Support:
• Group Reporting / Consolidation (must-have)
• Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Product Costing, COPA, Asset Accounting, and General Ledger
• Intercompany and cross-company processes
• Parallel Ledger, Document Splitting, and Consolidation of Investments
• Period-End & Group Closing:
• Month-end, quarter-end, and year-end activities for consolidation
• Substitution and validation rules
• Result analysis, revenue recognition, cost allocations, and settlements
• Integration:
• Seamless integration with MM, SD, PS, PP, and external systems (e.g., Salesforce)
• Functional specifications for interfaces and reporting needs
• Documentation & Training: Create user guides, training materials, and solution documentation to support end-users and finance teams

Nice to Have

• Experience with S/4HANA Universal Journal (ACDOCA)
• Exposure to global consolidation projects in complex enterprise environments
