Key Responsabilities

• Be the Schneider SAP BTP (Business Technology Platform) platform owner/solution architect.
• Defining and developing the SAP BTP roadmap that addresses current and future business needs.
• Overseeing the strategic planning, implementation, and maintenance of SAP BTP solutions within major programs like Unify and Titan as well other global initiatives plus any other use of the platform for other smaller programs/projects.
• Leading the development and execution of SAP BTP strategies through a BTP Governance board in close collaboration with internal Schneider stakeholders from Enterprise Architecture, SAP Solution Architects as well as support organisations or functions.
• For SAP BTP solution implementation collaborate with stakeholders, development teams, application teams and infrastructure specialists to ensure that the SAP BTP solutions are scalable, secure, and effectively integrated with existing systems.
• Manage platform configurations, integrating various SAP BTP services to drive digital transformation initiatives.
• Documenting the BTP services and architecture.
• Responsible for ensuring security, compliance, and optimal performance of the SAP BTP environment.
• Overseeing various run activities related to BTP Platform to ensure operational excellence.
  
  

Job Related Experience

• Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience with SAP system in a fast-moving, highly-critical, enterprise application environment
• Significant experience and knowledge of systems design, test and implementation
  
  

Technical Skills

• Skills with SAP BTP (Business Technology Platform)
• Thorough understanding architecture consideration, mainly SAP in any of its enterprise solutions (either cloud, on prem, hybrid)
• Strong ability in designing new architectural frameworks and influencing for their execution
• Ability to work with SAP, contractors, enterprise architects, delivery teams, and others with needs of ERP architecture knowledge
• Previous experience from similar industries is an advantage

• Self-driven, operationally experienced with a can-do attitude.
• Strong relationship builder – both internally in Schneider Digital and business as well as with external partners
• Excellent Communication skills, professional courtesy, keeps calm at stress levels
• Strong team player - collaborates well with others to solve problems and actively incorporates input from various sources
