Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Tosca Tester to join our QA team. The ideal candidate will have experience in test automation using Tricentis Tosca, with a solid understanding of software testing methodologies, test case design, and automation best practices. You will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and executing automated test cases, ensuring the delivery of high-quality software products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts using Tricentis Tosca.

• Create and maintain reusable test cases, modules, and test data.

• Perform end-to-end testing including regression, functional, integration, and system testing.

• Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and manual testers to understand requirements and ensure test coverage.

• Analyze test results, identify defects, and report them using tools like JIRA, Azure DevOps, or similar.

• Participate in test planning, estimation, and risk analysis activities.

• Ensure traceability between test cases, requirements, and defects.

• Continuously improve automation frameworks and practices.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• 2+ years of experience with Tricentis Tosca test automation.

• Strong knowledge of software testing life cycle (STLC) and quality assurance methodologies.

• Experience with test management tools (e.g., Tosca TestSuite, qTest, ALM).

• Understanding of API testing, web and desktop application testing.

• Good communication and documentation skills.

• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Tosca certifications (e.g., Tosca Automation Specialist Level 1/2).

• Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, Git, Azure DevOps).

• Knowledge of scripting or programming languages (e.g., VBScript, JavaScript, Python) is a plus.

• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

• Experience in SAP, Salesforce, or other ERP/CRM systems is a bonus.
